My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I just wanted to drop in and say that I received the frames yesterday and I appreciate you fitting the stretcher bars in the frame for me. I am working on a pilot project and if it works out, I'll be ordering more frames and looking at getting a Pro Account with you.

Recieved my panels and they look beautiful!!!!! Even nicer than expected. I'm so excited to paint on them. I've only ever painted on smaller art panels at 12x16, other than canvas. I like the finished product on wood much better so I'd be looking at buying everyhing from you if its affordable.
