It is really wonderful... I think the work you have done for me is really wonderful, thank you very much. I have just received 4 canvases ordered last week. They are all great except the 8x10 of the ship in the water. There is a white speck right on the boat on the right side which has probably stuck on it when the finish went on I think. Also there is a slight dent on the canvas on the right side. I may have to get you to redo it. It is an order to send to Australia, to a gallery in Sydney. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied.
