I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad
Myriam, | Happy New Year! I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw).
As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future.
To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price.

It arrived right to my door and looks great. I like that the wire is already on and i had the option to change the hook. She died this past w/e and its been nice to walk by and see her healthy.
