I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. Amazing service! The products were received much earlier than expected, they looked fantastic and were in great condition. The company is great to deal with - very thorough, confirmed the order before going ahead (and I had made a mistake on the original so this was a time saver).

I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings:

1. the ordering process was easy
2. the price was good
3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks
4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting!
5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack.
I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again.
