Jeff, | Thank You SO much! Thank You SO much. I had a print made for my brother and his future wife of the engagement pictures i took for them. I made them into a collage and gave them the 16x16 canvas for Christmas. They loved it and so did I. The website was so easy to use and i received my print in 3 business days... during the Christmas rush! I will definitely be ordering again!

Jaimie Moon, Cold Lake, AB | I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad
Myriam, | my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
