I had a bad experience with DHL company. I waited for the promised delivery, sitting at home for 2 days, and each time I received an SMS that the package could not be delivered, since I wasallegedly not at home. In the end, I picked up my package from DHL center in Los Angeles by myself. Lazy anddeceitful couriers gave me a lot trouble and loss of my time and trust.

Steve, | I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!
