Pretty good job on the print
John, | Terrible customer service. Incredibly disappointed with my art print. It arrived in the wrong size and customer service is ignoring my request.

I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
Beth P., Fort Lauderdale | Nice picture frames The frames you built for me look great. There was one issue with one corner missing 3 of 4 screws. As you included extra screws I was able to fix that. I appreciated that the order included all the hardware needed to complete the mounting. The paintings look great.
